Clan Khaleese’s 3-Phase war strategy
For each war a War Commander (WCO) will plan and assign attacks using the following basic structure.
Phase 1: Direct Attacks, Duration: First 12 hours or until most attack are complete - TH7 and TH8 attack direct across. Ie our #20 attack opponent #20.
Phase 2: Asymmetric Attacks Duration: From the end of Phase 1 until hour 20. - WCO will create a list assigning each TH9 an opponent. Opponent will be either a weak TH9 or a TH8 that was not 3-starred in Phase 1. - TH7 and TH8, attack any opponent they choose two goals in mind; 3-staring remaining enemy TH7s and scouting un-attacked enemy bases.
Phase 3:Mop-up - WCO will assign remaining TH9 and TH10 attacks with a bottom up approach. The goal is to maximize stars by 3-starring the relatively weak remaining bases and attacking strong bases with final attacks.
Phases are not completely rigid; some people may need to skip ahead due to time zones issues or other commitments. You may skip ahead to the next phase with approval from the acting WCO if your planned opponent for your second attack has already been hit.

Good morning everyone.
Phase 2: Asymmetric Assignments.
Phase 2 attacks today (March 19) can start a little early as all our Phase 1 attacks are done.
TH9 assignments are as follows: Our #3 base vs their #5 base #4 vs #6 #5 vs #7 #6 vs #8 #7 vs #9 #8 vs #10 #9 vs #12.
Our TH7s and 8s can now attack anyone they choose, with the goals of 3-starring #20 and doing some recon on the higher bases.
TH10s, hold off until round #3, mop up.
Burn them down!
